Priority for His presence could be argued as the most important element in our walk with Jesus. Without His presence we are dead, AND we are lifeless— and they are not same thing. For without His presence our very beings would not bond together, the very atoms and cells of our physical bodies are held together by His presence (see Col 1:17) Without His presence We are spiritually useless, for apart from Him we can do nothing
(see John 15:5)
The busier I get, the harder it is to find time to spend with the Lord, I find myself doing and accomplishing wonderful things for Him and for His people, but almost completely neglecting the Lord himself. The longer I stay unplugged and disconnected the more and more I begin to rely on my own strengths, gifting, and talents to produce life, which in of themselves cannot. The more I run on the auto-pilot of my belief system and abilities, the more it will result in disappointment of results based on what I can produce and likewise not produce. I begin to measure success on how well I can dish out myself rather than being a conduit of His presence which connects others to Him. In not so many ways, I have created a man based, program driven alter for people to come to. This doesn't happen overnight, Its a gradual process the enemy wraps us up in to get to this point.
As His servants of course we know better than to EVER let it get to this point, but often we find ourselves here at these spots of laboring rather than co-laboring with Him. He doesn't want to do it for us, and He doesn't want to do it without us, It always has been and always will be about relationship and intimacy, without it we are simply a mirrored reflection of His goodness rather than what we are meant to be which is "Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD rises upon you.” Isaiah 60:1
“Perspective without an objective will leave us to gain our perspective from what we objectify. In other words the manner in which we process thoughts and idealisms towards the goals and dreams that we have will in turn teach us how to measure success based on how we feel it looks on the surface.”
Perspective- The art of drawing solid objects on a two-dimensional surface so as to give the right impression of their height, width, depth, and position in relation to each other when viewed from a particular point
Objective- (of a person or their judgment) not influenced by personal feelings or opinions in considering and representing facts. not dependent on the mind for existence; actual: a matter of objective fact.
EPH 2:5 NIV ’He has made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions…’
EPH 2:5 GW ’We were dead because of our failures, but he made us alive together with Christ.’
"Therefore I say to you, the kingdom of God will be taken away from you and given to a people, producing the fruit of it. ALERT ALERT!!!
"Truly I say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God like a child will not enter it at all.”
“The Kingdom of God is an identity in spirit and a continuous revelation of the Fathers love— we must guard both. For the spirit births in faith the what the heart of God speaks. This sustains revival for us personally and the world externally. We must stay connected to His presence, abiding in Him. It is our very next breath”
